Requirements for placing a Gift Order

When placing a gift order, the following information is required:

Your Steam profile name

• This is the name displayed on your Steam profile.
• It is important to enter it correctly during the order.
• If entered incorrectly but the links are correct, there will be no issue. However, do not change your Steam profile name during the order process to ensure faster completion.

Your Steam quick invite links

• You must provide two different quick invite links.
• Example: https://s.team/p/abcd-1234/efgh
• To get the links: Steam → Friends → Add a Friend → Copy Quick Invite Links
• Copy and paste the first link and then press "Generate new link". Copy and paste the second link that you generated

Order process

Your order will be completed within 24 hours. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have two options:

• Continue waiting: Go to the My Orders page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery.
• Request a refund: You can also request a refund directly to your Gameship Wallet or to your card from the same page.

Orders placed less than 6 hours before the end of a Steam sale will be refunded.
