No, **completed gift orders are non-refundable.**
* Once a gift order is sent to your Steam account and accepted, the transaction is considered finalized.
* Since games are digital content and linked directly to your personal account, refunds or cancellations are not possible after delivery.
* A refund is only possible if the game has not been delivered yet or if the order is not completed within 24 hours.
