How is a gift order completed?

  • Once your order is created, it is forwarded to available sellers on Gameship.
  • A seller accepts your order and adds you as a friend on Steam.
  • The seller sends the game you purchased as a gift through Steam.
  • When the seller sends the game, you will receive an email from Gameship notifying you that your gift has been delivered.


To receive your game:

  • Log in to your Steam application.
  • You will see a “1 New Gift” notification at the top right.
  • Open the notification and click the “Accept Gift” button in the message.
  • The game will be added to your account.
  • After successfully accepting the gift on Steam, log in to Gameship and confirm delivery from the “My Orders” section.
  • Once confirmed, your order is completed, and your game is ready to play!


After accepting the gifted game on Steam, you must click the “Confirm Order” button on Gameship. If you do not confirm after accepting the gift, the order status will automatically update to “Completed” within 6 hours, and the seller will be paid.
