Money was charged from my card but my order was not created, what should I do?

In some cases, it may take a few minutes for the order to appear in the system. Please:

  • Wait a few minutes after making the payment.
  • Then check the “My Orders” page.


If your order still does not appear:

  • Contact the Gameship Support Team.
  • Provide details of your issue and include a screenshot of your payment receipt.
  • The support team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
