# Requirements for placing a Gift Order

When placing a gift order, the following information is required:

**Your Steam profile name**
* This is the name displayed on your Steam profile.
* It is important to enter it correctly during the order.
* If entered incorrectly but the links are correct, there will be no issue. However, **do not change your Steam profile name** during the order process to ensure faster completion.

**Your Steam quick invite links**
* You must provide **two different quick invite links.**
* Example: https://s.team/p/abcd-1234/efgh
* To get the links: **Steam** → **Friends** → **Add a Friend** → **Copy Quick Invite Links**
* Copy and paste the first link and then press "**Generate new link**". Copy and paste the second link that you generated

**Order process**
**Your order will be completed within 24 hours.** If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have two options:
* **Continue waiting:** Go to the **My Orders** page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery.
* **Request a refund:** You can also request a refund directly to your **Gameship Wallet** or **to your card** from the same page.
Orders placed **less than 6 hours before the end of a Steam sale** will be refunded.
