What happens if my gift order is not delivered within 24 hours?
If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have two options:
- Continue waiting: Go to the My Orders page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery.
- Request a refund: You can also request a refund directly to your Gameship Wallet or to your card from the same page.
