# What happens if my gift order is not delivered within 24 hours?

If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have **two options:**
* **Continue waiting:** Go to the **My Orders** page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery.
* **Request a refund:** You can also request a refund directly to your **Gameship Wallet** or **to your card** from the same page.
|| Orders placed less than 6 hours before the end of a Steam sale will be refunded.
A commission fee is charged for refunds to the card.
