# When will my gift order be delivered?

Gift orders are delivered within 24 hours after the order is created. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have two options:
* **Continue waiting:** Go to the **My Orders** page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery.
* **Request a refund:** You can also request a refund directly to your **Gameship Wallet** or to **your card** from the same page.
You can check your order status anytime on the **My Orders** page.
