How to place a gift order on Gameship, and how the delivery and approval process works.

  • When will my gift order be delivered?
    Gift orders are delivered within 24 hours after the order is created. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you have two options: Continue waiting: Go to the My Orders page, click on the order that has exceeded 24 hours, and choose to continue waiting for delivery. Request a refund: You can also request a refund directly to your Gameship Wallet or to your card from the same page. You can check your order status anytime on the My Orders page.Few readers
  • How is a gift order completed?
    Once your order is created, it is forwarded to available sellers on Gameship. A seller accepts your order and adds you as a friend on Steam.
