# Hediye (Gift) siparişim 24 saat içinde teslim edilmezse ne olur?

Siparişiniz 24 saat içinde teslim edilmezse, iki seçeneğiniz bulunmaktadır:
* **Beklemeye devam etmek:** Siparişler sayfasına giderek 24 saati geçmiş siparişe tıklayıp teslimatı beklemeye devam edebilirsiniz.
* **İade almak:** Dilerseniz, aynı ekrandan Gameship cüzdanınıza veya kartınıza ücret iadesi talep edebilirsiniz. Karta iade işlemlerinde komisyon ücreti alınmaktadır.

|| Steam indirimlerinin bitmesine 6 saatten az bir süre kala verilen siparişler iade edilir.
